There’s nothing that makes me more thrilled than introducing an anxious or reluctant newbie to G4 then, only a few weeks later, hearing them say how much their lives have changed thanks to their newfound confidence in the gym. It really is the best feeling in the world!

We’re really proud of what we have accomplished at G4. It was always my dream to create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental place for everyone.

Your shape, size, colour, religion, gender or sexuality is irrelevant at G4. What you wear, how fit you are or how much experience you have in the gym doesn’t matter one bit. To us you are a person trying to live a fitter, healthier & happier life and the whole team will do everything they can to encourage, support and help you achieve whatever your personal goals might be.
